Preparation: Pour the solution from Step #1 into the empty bottle labeled Step #2. Ensure the cap is securely closed and shake the bottle well to mix the contents.

- While sitting on the toilet, lean back gently.
- Squeeze the bottle slowly to allow the mixture to enter the vaginal area.
- Once all of the product has been inserted, sit upright on the toilet and allow the product to take effect. You may feel a gentle pulsation, which is normal as the product cleanses the area.
