I have been using GSE for some time now and I must say it's by far the best skin line I've ever used. Charlotte is amazing! I call her from Chicago as if she is my personal dermatologist. I thought I had to live with dark circles, blemishes, and uneven skin. I don't wear makeup, therefore flawless skin is a must and GSE is making that possible. First off, I have to say the customer service with this company is AMAZING!!! I ordered the introduction kit with serum. Like one other review said, my face broke out in red bumps too. Not pimples, but just heat rash looking bumps. The products feel amazing though, so instead of just discontinuing I called the customer service line, and Charlotte was extremely helpful and let me know that a sensitive skin version would be best for me. I'm waiting to get the new sensitive skin day and night lotion, but I'm confident they will be much better for me. Like I said the other products felt amazing just a little too strong for me starting out. So, my advice if you're having any issues with the product pick up the phone and call to see how they can be corrected! Charlotte knows her business and is very knowledgeable on all skin types!! ** I will update my review, once I get my new products**

Charlotte Wilson is from my hometown (Newport, Arkansas) and I had no idea she'd started a skincare line until one day I stumbled upon her Facebook page through a mutual friend.
