What are the instructions for the douche?

Preparation: Pour the solution from Step #1 into the empty bottle labeled Step #2. Ensure the cap is securely closed and shake the bottle well to mix the contents.
Application:
- While sitting on the toilet, lean back gently.
- Squeeze the bottle slowly to allow the mixture to enter the vaginal area.
- Once all of the product has been inserted, sit upright on the toilet and allow the product to take effect. You may feel a gentle pulsation, which is normal as the product cleanses the area.

Please follow these steps carefully for optimal results.

Are there any restrictions?

Don't worry ladies, there are no restrictions. You can sit in your jacuzzi or pool. Continue your normal life. It's just a wall cleanser. However, I do recommend skipping sexual intercourse the night you use the douche.

How often do I use the cleanse?

This douche is formulated to use once a year for most. Our douche is safe to use every three months for very active women.

What are normal side effects?

It's no different than using a summer's eve douche. However you may feel a cooling or warm pulse sensation during cleanse. Please do not become alarmed, it's normal to feel that sensation. Trust the process and enjoy the clean feeling like never before.
