Morning Routine:
Squirt a few drops of Eczema Liquid Soap into hands and rub onto the eczema infected area, gently massaging onto the skin in a circular motion. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water; shower or bath off. Pat dry with a clean towel and apply the Eczema Day Cream onto the infected area.
Night Routine:
Wet hands and work up a lather with the Eczema Night Bar Soap and gently massage onto the eczema infected area. Leave on for a minimum of 30 seconds or less, then wipe off in a circular motion with a wet, soft face cloth thoroughly. Keep bar soap on a dry paper towel after each use. Next, apply a squirt of the Eczema Night Oil and gently massage onto the infected area. Follow up with the Eczema Night Lotion applying on top of the oil.
